So we signed a contract on a house last night. If all goes well we will close July 1. Now we're just praying that everything goes well with the inspection on Thursday.

Ha! Congrats! We just had an inspection of the house we have a contract on today. Don't you just love waiting on stuff like that?!? :)
We haven't had a termite inspection yet--and don't know if we will get one. Sorry that you are having issues w/that--super frustrating! We have 3 days left in our option period...what about you guys?
